We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00. Payment will NOT be automatically deducted, we understand things happen in life, each client will be given 1 (one) courtesy fee waiver. Card on file will only be used for cancellation fee purposes only, service payments are due at each treatment. If you miss the appointment cancelation/change window, please contact us via text or call at 919-394-5093.

Transcend Wellness LLC is not in any insurance network, we’re happy to provide you with a superbill for your visit for insurance reimbursements on request.
